Day 1 — Post Jump

The First Few Hours After Your Jump

Your body burns through adrenaline for 2–3 hours after landing. You'll feel euphoric, hungry, and slightly shaky. Don't rush back to Seminyak. Use the post-jump glow productively:

The Next Day: Recover Smart

Day two is for recovery, not another adrenaline activity. Your shoulders, neck, and core are bruised from the harness and the parachute opening shock. Skydiving is more physically taxing than most people realize.

  • Spa and Balinese massage — Tabanan and Canggu have spas at half the Seminyak price.
  • Slow-pace beach day — Pererenan, Cemagi, or Echo Beach (Canggu).
  • Light yoga — Ubud's morning classes.
  • Process the footage — The helmet camera files arrive 24–48 hours post-jump. Edit it the day you receive it; the memory fades fast.
