- Mount Batur Caldera: Aerial of crater + lake. Need long-range drone. Sunrise from summit best.
- Munduk Twin Waterfalls: Jungle gorge with twin falls. Drone access challenging due to canopy.
Drone Regulations in Indonesia (2026 Update)
- Drones above 250g need registration with Kemenhub (Indonesian Ministry of Transport)
- Max altitude: 150m AGL (varies by zone)
- No-fly zones: airports (5 km radius), military bases, government buildings
- Tourist zones often have local restrictions — Tanah Lot, Uluwatu Temple have specific rules
- Insurance recommended for international visitors
